R A T E S

$6,500.00 WEDDING and RECEPTION – 12 HOURS TOTAL
  • Use of Chapel of the Resurrection (seats 200)
  • The chapel undercroft can be used for a wedding reception; any decorations brought in must be removed by noon the following day. There is a $500 fee for decorations, tents/rentals that are not removed by the noon deadline.
  • This package includes access to the chapel and undercroft at noon on the day prior to the wedding when available. Early access (before noon) the day prior is a $500 additional charge.
  • Beckwith will provide trash cans with extra liners; The Bridal party is responsible for taking ALL trash from the event to the dumpster located behind the dining hall upon their departure.
  • Bridal party is responsible for providing someone to help with guest parking.  (NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON GRASS)
  • Event insurance is required.
  • NOTE: No pets allowed.

$2,500.00 WEDDING ONLY at the BYRNE CHAPEL -  6 HOURS TOTAL
  • Use of Byrne Chapel, the outdoor chapel (seats 75)

THE HOLY NATIVITY PAVILION  (open aired pavilion) 
  • $1,500 - up to 6 hours the day of event
  • $3,500 - up to 12 hours the day of event
  • The Holy Nativity Pavilion has a stone fireplace, blue tooth sound system,         4 bar height tables with 4 chairs, 8 rocking chairs, and adjacent patio area
  • Maximum count for this space is 100
  • Event insurance is required
  • No pets allowed

THE BAYFRONT BUILDING 
  • $1,800 - up to 6 hours the day of event
  • $3,500 - up to 12 hours the day of event
  • The Bayfront Building is located on Weeks Bay - this building includes 2 large reception/dinner rooms, a screened porch area and an open porch, and bathrooms
  • Round tables and chairs are available for the interior spaces (limited amount)
  • Any decorations brought in must be removed by noon the following day. There is a $500 fee for decorations, tents/rentals that are not removed by the noon deadline.
  • Early access (before noon) the day prior is a $500 additional charge.
  • Maximum count for this space is 150
  • Event insurance is required
  • No pets allowed

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE:
  • Recreation Pavilion rental is $10.00 per person, $300.00 minimum
  • Cottage #25 Rental $200.00 per night
  • Hotel room rental is $125 per room per night
  • No pets allowed

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Arrival or departure by boat from our pier is not allowed
  • Twenty five percent (25%) of all fees due upon booking
  • Balance of fees and $500.00 damage deposit due (30) days prior to the event
  • Prices and Policies are subject to change
  • Outside vendors must be approved by Beckwith
  • ​No pets allowed

CATERING / FOOD SERVICE
  • We do not provide use of our kitchen to caterers, and/or guests.  Our insurance policy does not  permit this. 
  • Caterers must come with food ready to be served. 
  • If you need to hire our kitchen staff to warm some items for your event, the cost is $25 per hour per employee and is based on availability. 

PLEASE NOTE
  • Absolutely NO DRIVING/PARKING ON THE GRASS of our facility. 
  • $100 per vehicle will be charged to applicant's final invoice
  • It is your responsibility to let all vendors and guests know this prior to the event.
