LODGING​ RATES

All linens provided for every lodging accommodation, except our dorm rooms

Rates listed are per person, per night, and include:

There are 8 dorms, each dorm will sleep up to 16 in each building.  
GUESTS MUST PROVIDE ALL BED LINENS, PILLOW, BLANKET & TOWELS FOR THE DORMS

There are 4 bungalow rooms, each one has 2 twin beds / private bath

  • 1 single bed in one bedroom
  • 2 single beds in second bedroom

  • Partially furnished with dishes, pots & pans & cooking utensils.
  • Coffee pot is provided with coffee, creamer & sugar.

TENT / HAMMOCK CAMPING
$10.00 per person/per night, $300.00 minimum
NOTE: meals will be an additional cost per person

PICNIC RATE
$10.00 PER PERSON, $300.00 MINIMUM
Includes:
  • Use of pavilion,
  • Basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, swimming pool
Guests must:
  • Provide charcoal for charcoal grill and cooking utensils
  • Pay $25.00 charge if using Beckwith's gas grill
  • Have a certified lifeguard if using the pool and bay areas
Other picnic group policies:
  • The beach area has canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats.
    • Additional charges will be added to your final invoice if any of the equipment--along with paddles & life vests--are lost or not returned to proper storage spaces.
  • Picnic Guests are responsible for taking all of their trash to the dumpster located behind our dining hall upon their departure.
  • A $250.00 damage deposit is added to the contract; it will be removed from the final invoice upon the approval of housekeeping and/or grounds manager.

DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT POLICIES
  • NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $300 DUE WITH SIGNED CONTRACT FOR PICNIC/CONFERENCE DAY RATE EVENTS
  • FOR OVERNIGHT RETREATS, THERE IS A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE WITH THE SIGNED CONTRACT FOR EVENTS WITH AN ESTIMATED CONTRACT BALANCE OF $3,200.00 OR MORE. 
  • ANYTHING UNDER $3,200.00 THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS $800.00 DUE WITH THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
