W E D D I N G
R A T E S

$3500.00 WEDDING and RECEPTION – 12 HOURS TOTAL
  • Use of Chapel of the Resurrection (seats 200)
  • Use of the Byrne Chapel  (seats 70)  Chairs are not provided for outdoor area
  • Two guest rooms (based on availability) for Bridal Party use the day of the wedding / not for overnight.
  • Use of Chapel undercroft for wedding reception; any  decorations brought in must be removed upon your departure.
  • Canteen area may be used for bar area and the cooler may be used to store extra food and /or beverages.
  • Beckwith will provide trash cans with extra liners; Bridal party is responsible for taking ALL trash from event to our dumpster located behind the dining hall upon their departure.
  • Bridal party is responsible for providing someone to help with guest parking.  (NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON GRASS)


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE:
  • Pavilion rental is $10.00 per person, $300.00 minimum
  • Cottage #25 Rental $150.00 
  • Group lodging available based on availability
  • Bayfront Center – call office for quote. There are a limited number of tables & chairs that can be used inside only
  • (8) 60”round tables, (8) 6’ rectangular tables, (6) 8’ 
  • Rectangular tables & chairs are available for use in the Bayfront Center only.  We do not rent tables & chairs for outside venues. Tablecloths are not available.

  • Arrival or departure by boat from our pier requires written permission by the Beckwith Director and / or Operations Manager.
  • Twenty five percent (25%) of all fees due upon booking
  • Balance of fees and $500.00 damage deposit due (30) days prior to the event
  • Prices and Policies are subject to change
  • Beckwith kitchen staff gets first right of refusal for catering event
  • Outside vendors must be approved by Beckwith

CATERING / FOOD SERVICE
  • We do not provide use of our kitchen to caterers, and/or guests.  Our insurance policy does not  permit this. 
  • Caterers must come with food ready to be served. 
  • If you need to hire our kitchen staff to warm some items for your event, the cost is $25 per hour per employee and is based on availability. 


PLEASE NOTE
  • Absolutely NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS of our facility. 
  • $100 per vehicle will be charged to applicant's final invoice
  • It is your responsibility to let all vendors and guests know this prior to the event.
