this fee includes meals and programming costs for a 3 day/2 night stay (2 breakfasts, 1 lunches, and 2 dinners)
Lodging Options:
Motel Room (accommodates groups of 1-3 people) : $150
our motel rooms contain 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and a private bathroom
Premium Room (accommodates groups of 4 people) : $210
our premium rooms contain 2 queen beds, and a private bathroom
Cottage (accommodates groups of 4 or 5 people) : $330
our cottage is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom partially furnished cabin, with a fully equipped kitchen (1 single bed in one room, 2 single beds in second room, and 1 queen bed in third room)
Dorm (accommodates groups of 4 - 10 people) : $100
our dorms have 8 bunk beds, and a bathroom with two showers, two sinks, and two toilets. Guests will have to provide their own linens.

Cancellation Policy
- In the case of any cancellation more than 1 week from the start date that you've registered for, all paid fees will be refunded.
- Any cancellation less than 1 week from the start date of the registered session will not be refunded the per-guest fees, but will be refunded any payments made beyond that. (Per-guest fees are $90/guest)
